Flow, Form, + Fate: Aligning with the Virgo Eclipse

Hello beautiful beings,

Sending waves of blessings your way! Our first eclipse of the season is here, ready or not.

In true Virgo fashion, I wanted to share some guidance on how to align with this potent energy, so you can not only be at your best this week but also set the foundation for a more luminous, expansive paradigm in the months ahead.

Virgo holds a rare alchemy: mutable Earth meets Mercury’s quicksilver mind. This fusion helps you refine and elevate your expression, aligning with the highest and best of who you are. To embrace this fully, I want to share a quote from one of my favorite authors, Stephen King:

"Time was a face on the water, and like the great river before them, it did nothing but flow."

Time moves. It flows. It shapes. It creates. Whether we surrender or resist, it carries us forward. When we accept this, time becomes a tool, rather than something that feels elusive or uncontrollable.

Grasp it too tightly, and it slips through your fingers. Try to control it, and you may feel controlled by it. But when you see the beauty in its movement, you can work with it - consciously, creatively, powerfully.

I've spoken before about Flow States - the harmony of structure and surrender. To create flow, we need form. We set boundaries, make choices, take action. These practices, physical and energetic, help us experience time as an ally, a force of evolution and transformation, a witness to the miracles unfolding.

This week, you’re being invited to evaluate and evolve your daily life - not someday, not later, not when the timing feels perfect. Now.

The invitation is to dream bigger, to express more boldly, to expand beyond what you thought possible. My hope is that we allow the Earth within us to evolve, so that our most divine thoughts, words, and choices shape us into something More Than.

You can let time slip past you, dwelling on what hasn’t been done. Or you can soften what has become rigid, release what is unhealthy, and realign with what nourishes you. Build a rhythm of devotion - through practices, study, gratitude, healing, health, grace - so that time moves with your greater dreams, helping you craft a life truly worth living.

Time is a face on the water - you can let it pass you by, or you can learn to harness it. The choice is yours.

A few reflections to meditate on this week as we approach the eclipse:

• If I were showing up as my highest self, what would I say, do, choose, wear, consume, create
• What one habit could I change today that would have the greatest impact on my life?
• How am I slowing myself down? What could I understand that would cultivate the courage to move forward?
• How could my relationship with time shift, so that I see it as an ally rather than a limitation?

You are being called to step out of your own way and build something greater than you currently believe is possible. Let time wash away past regrets, so you can be fully present, awake, and ready for what’s to come.
