Can you discern without making it wrong?

Different, but not wrong -

This morning I was looking at a piece of Brazilian quartz on my altar. I noticed lines, colours, and details I had never seen, despite years of having this crystal in my office.

A moment later, my mind moved to my Arkansas quartz. That one is one of my favourites, my go-to. The energy is zingy, clean, quick, light, I love the feeling of it. I had come to see the Brazilian quartz as more sleepy, less exciting. But I realised that isn't really true, that conclusion came from comparison. Instead of simply seeing them as different, I had ranked them, and made one "better" than the other.

So I sat with the Brazilian quartz for a half hour, really seeing it. There are rainbows there I had never noticed before. The longer I sat, the more I felt my energy move - not in a zingy, fast way, but something slower, deeper, sure. It reminded me of all the ways we deny ourselves truly good things because we've decided something isn't quite as good, when really, it's just different.

This week I'll be connecting with a group to explore the Deeper Yes. So often the choosing of a Yes becomes binary - linear, logical, which is better, which is worse. That's one way to see things, and it might feel clearer or easier in the moment. But a Deeper Yes brings you into greater alignment, truer coherence. It's less about judging the options, and more about hearing the harmony in what you choose. Can you sense the difference in those qualities?

In truth, both quartz pieces are beautiful, clear, healing, all that you could want from them. There are simply a few differences in vibration, appearance, and the way the energy moves. Nothing is wrong. Both are, in their own ways, resonant.

It might be worth taking a little time today to consider what you have made "wrong" simply as a way to simplify, or to move away from something. You may have missed wisdom, beauty, or gifts that have something real to show you. Exploring your Deeper Yes can help you sense the nuances, feel the resonance, hear the harmony you hadn't noticed before.

A few things to explore within:

What in my life am I making wrong, that is actually more aligned than I've allowed myself to feel?

How could I shift my focus toward harmony, resonance, coherence?

Could my mind soften its seeking, judging, rejecting, even briefly?

Do I know what a clear Yes feels like? Can I remember times when it has been unmistakable?

You already know how to sense a clear Yes within. Sometimes we simply need to remember what that feels like. Take some time this week to ask yourself - and ask the world to show you how easy it can be.

Sending blessings for harmony, coherence, and choices so aligned they're easy to say yes to.
